As you can see we have hit the single digits on the countdown - so this time in 9 days we should be in the air and on our way to the Land of the Rising Sun!!
At least it won't be a rush packing because we have 4 days over Easter to organise ourselves and hopefully none of the important things will be forgotten! As long as we have our passports, some clothes, toothbrush, phone and camera with chargers we'll be right haha
It appears that the Australian dollar is doing pretty good at the moment so I thought I would change over more money into Yen while it is at 93.45 (retail store rates). It is about 98.89 on the exchange thingy though so when we spend our money over there it will be like we are spending a bit less than if we went a few months ago!!
Feeling quite rich at the moment having just swapped over for186,000 Yen (considering I will probably never have that much cash in AUD - ever!)
Hopefully it stays about the same (or gets better) for when I swap over the last bit of spending money!!
Oh and only 3 weeks to go (but who's counting)! Woot woot!!
